We’ve worked with drivers, teams, and multiple groups to put together a balanced, competitive rules package focused on one thing:

Our goal:

✔ Keep costs down
✔ Put on a great show

Body
✔ Current Lucas Oil Late Model body rules

1. 365 CI open
🔹Steel block required
🔹23° (Chevy) / 20° (Ford)
🔹No raised runner
2. GM CT525 (sealed)
3. GM 604 (RUSH / Crate USA / factory sealed)
4. Southern Delaware Racing Club (SDRC rules)
⚖️ WEIGHT
🔹365 & 525: 2450 lbs
🔹604: 2350 lbs
🔹SDRC: 2450 lbs
▪️50 lbs must be mounted in front of the firewall if aluminum heads (per SDRC rules)
🛞 TIRE RULES (KEY FOR PARITY)
365 / 525
🔹Hoosier: RF / LR / RR – 2.25 or harder
🔹American Racer: RF / LR / RR – 48 or harder

🔹Must run:

⚖️ IMPORTANT RULES
🔹All cars with aluminum blocks must mount 50 lbs of total weight in front of the firewall (no additional weight required—just placement)
🔹Left front open for all classes
🔹No tire softening or chemical treatment
🔹Track reserves the right to check tire hardness at any time
🔹All weights are post-race (car + driver)
🔹Engines must comply with their home series rules

🔹Minimum weight must be clearly marked on the car
